Hypersensitivity pneumonitis (HP) is an interstitial lung disease of immune pathogenesis that can be caused by an occupational airborne exposure to fungi. Patients with HP can present with a chronic cough, dyspnea, flu-like symptoms, and feeling of “unwellness.”
