Medilex offers clients a cost control guarantee on every engagement.

If our expert’s initial review and verbal report cannot be provided for Medilex’s minimum fee, the attorney will not be obligated to proceed. Rather, we will commit, in advance, to the exact balance that would be required for the initial review and verbal report, and give the attorney the choice of paying that balance or canceling the review and receiving a refund of all monies except $400. The initial review and verbal report certainly may exceed our minimum fee, but the control rests with the attorney.
